J.P. Marshall Coaching provides executive coaching, career coaching, and job interview coaching from a UK base, shaped by an international background.

We are an Associate of Jenny Rogers Coaching, one of the leading coaching and coaching training providers in the UK. Our clients include entrepreneurs and influential figures from a variety of sectors, particularly the media and higher education. They bring issues involving leadership style, career, management (and being managed), as well as questions about how to have a rich and rewarding life alongside a demanding job.

Whether the coaching is individual or sponsored, what we always want and strive to do is to make a difference. We help our clients clarify what outcomes they want and help them to take practical, but theoretically informed, steps to get it. We do this first by listening, then by carefully tailoring a goal-focused coaching programme that is deeply attentive to, and respectful of, the person at the coaching table.
